This workshop will provide an overview and history of the Tao, both how it interacts with each of us as individuals and the greater world beyond.
The class will cover the main teachings of harmony with nature, spirituality through meditation, the Flow state, non-dualistic action, and breaking the domination of the Ego.

This is a monthly, open-ended Workshop dedicated to exploring different aspects of the Tao.
